Marketing, Inc. was formed as an Indiana Corporation in April of 1983.
Joseph
H. Schank founded the company after covering Indiana and Kentucky as a sales engineer for
a local representative firm for two years, then managing the Indiana territory for three
years for an Ohio-based representative firm. Working with professional men of integrity at
both firms provided a solid foundation for the ethical management of the company.
Mr.
Schank's decade of experiences as a design engineer, quality control manager, production
manager, and sales/marketing engineer with an Indianapolis manufacturer and designer of
electronic test equipment and components has facilitated his well rounded background as a
manufacturer's representative. "Understanding the intricacies at the engineering,
quality, production, and management levels of a manufacturer is paramount in appreciating
both the customer's requirements and the required performance of your principal."
